Please follow the writing format:
3. (If you filed the online OPT/STEM OPT application) The date you submitted the online OPT application: October 20, 2022
4. (If your OPT/STEM OPT has been approved) The date you were notified that your OPT/STEM is approved. It can be found in the I-797C: Nov, 16, 2022
5. (If you have received your EAD card) The date you received the EAD card: It says it was delivered on 11/17/2022 but I have not received the EAD card so I submitted the USCIS form on 12/16/2022 thanks to the SEVIS SAVVY post.
6. Any questions: Hope USCIS delivers my EAD in the near future!
