The University of Utah recently announced a partnership with the Stena Foundation to create the Stena Center for Financial Technology. According to the announcement, the foundation raised $65 million to support the center throughout the next 10 years.

The center will host an annual symposium so interested students are encouraged to attend to see if that’s what they would like to study in the United States.

In terms of the admissions requirements, this official webpage says international applicants are advised to apply by November 1 for Spring terms (starting in January/February) and by April 1 for Fall terms (August/ September).

Students who are admitted might need to provide around $50,000 minus any scholarships to be issued Form I-20s. Furthermore, admitted international students might be eligible for $4,000 per year scholarships if they complete two semesters.
